We're front page of the Sunday Times!
It's not every day that a campaign idea makes the front page of the Sunday Times Magazine, but we're so proud to say that this week's issue features the giant image of the Royal Family - complete with our star abseiler who layed the final panel - created for our client Sea Containers.
The image and caption say it all.
Well done to everyone who worked on this incredible campaign.

Today, we PR a Superhuman!
It's not every day that we get to publicise a Superhuman, but 15 minutes ago on the Discovery Channel, Golden Goose PR client Ben Lee smashed his own Guinness World Record for the fastest violin playing live on air and we're very proud to be telling his story.
In the Discovery Channel show, ‘Superhuman Showdown’ which aired tonight, Ben beat his own world record to play ‘The Flight of the Bumblebee’ at an average of 15 notes per second, causing judges and scientists to unanimously vote him the fastest Superhuman on earth.
Ben was tested for speed against world base race champion Frode Johannessen, who can ‘fly’ unassisted at 170pm, speed shooter Jerry Miculek who can fire eight rounds on four targets in 1.06 seconds, head spinner Aichi Ono who can perform 135 head spins in one minute without experiencing dizziness and speed eater Pete Czerwinski who can eat a 12 inch pizza in 34 seconds.
Ben has become the first person to break the ‘Magic Minute’ barrier which most professionals said could not be done. His record for playing Flight of the Bumblebee note perfect on the electric violin is 58.05 seconds
Ben plays in electric rock violin band FUSE with Linzi Stoppard and their new single 'Light Up The Fuse' is released next month, complete with incredible graphics and production from Tom Stiller, who was the genius behind the special effects in the Harry Potter movies.

Lots to celebrate this Friday!
Golden Goose PR has been busy this Friday!
We started the day visiting the head quarters of the Press Association with Ben Lee, four times Guinness World Record breaking fastest violonist and one half of electric rock violin duo FUSE.
The PA team looked after us brilliantly, and we can't thank Abi Jackson, Kate Whiting and Diana Pilkington enough.
Ben performed live during our visit...we can't say much more but look out for some exciting news in weeks to come, exclusively released by the PA.
In the meantime, across the other side of London, 300 cakes were arriving at The Bentall Centre in Kingston-Upon-Thames from Sweet Revenge, to celebrate 20 years of fantastic shopping since Surrey's famous mall first opened its doors.
Leading retailers took part in the birthday party running special offers in stores.
A happy day for all!

It's time for David Carter's Spooky Stories at The Bentall Centre
It's Halloween week, time to celebrate ghosts, ghouls, goblins and everything that goes bump in the night.
And who better to do this with than legendary spooky story tellers David Carter and Nell Phoenix?
Golden Goose PR has brought the pair, known for telling scary tales throughout the year at the acclaimed 40 Winks Hotel in London to The Bentall Centre in Kingston-Upon-Thames.
David and Nell have adapted a series of bewitching stories for a family audience, suitable for even the most squeamish of children of all ages.
Today at The Bentall Centre, they have come with props and rife imaginations to captivate audiences beneath the haunted tree, beside the enchanted book of spells - giving Kingston families the chance to catch a taster of the famous London based readings that Time Out, Vogue and the Saturday Times have applauded with rave reviews.
Beware!

Already over 20 pieces of coverage for our Access Christmas campaign
Only 61 days until Christmas! But already Golden Goose PR is racking up the coverage for our client, Access Self Storage, which launched its Christmas campaign this month.
We've been asking communities across the UK to get into the festive spirit a little early, by donating new and unused presents, games and toys to the Access Self Storage Christmas Collection in aid of the Children’s Society.
Access Self Storage has created special drop-off points in its stores, where gifts will be collected and delivered in time for Christmas to local Children’s Society shops.
GGPR will reveal the surprises behind the door as part of the official countdown to Christmas on the first of December.
The Children’s Society works with and supports some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people in the UK, who really need help at Christmas. Gifts that are donated will raise funds for often overlooked young people such as runaways and carers, and provide support for families of young children who live in poverty.
In 2011, Access Self Storage collected 5,000 toys for charity and even received donations of signed boxes of ‘fashion Barbies’ from couture designer Julien MacDonald.
Access Self Storage spokesperson Kevin Pratt said: “For 2012 we’re aiming to beat our Christmas Collection record and can’t wait to invite local guests to unlock our doors in December. There’s a rumour we may even get a hand from Father Christmas.”

Supporting Lord Coe and the PSP Association
Golden Goose PR has been involved with many fantastic charities over the years: Samsung's pink ribbon campaigns with Breakthrough Breast Cancer; film charity MediCinema; Bottletop and non-profit organisation Peace One Day.
It was for this reason that we were approached by the PSP Association , a charity created in 1994 by Brigadier Michael Koh OBE and his wife Sara, after she was diagnosed with the illness.
PSP is a rare and rapid degenerative brain disease which far too many people are still unaware of.
It affects fewer than six in 100,000 - but the people and their families who live with the terminal diagnosis need all the help they can get.
Lord Coe got involved with the charity several years after it was set up, and then by tragic coincidence his mother Angela was diagnosed with PSP and passed away in 2005.
It was an incredible evening as Lord Coe hosted his first event for the PSP Association at The Dorchester , called 'My Journey to 2012'.
Guests including Daley Thompson, Steve Cram and Duncan Goodhew came to the event to support Lord Coe and raise awareness of PSP.
Olympic gold medal shooter Peter Wilson also attended, as did model David Gandy, who performed a key role celebrating British fashion in the Olympic closing ceremony.
Sir Michael Parkinson, Sir Philip Green and Lord Archer were all a huge part of the event - with Sir Philip noted for his generous bidding in the auction.
The highlight, however, was the moving speech by Hannah Daykin whose father passed away from PSP just three weeks ago.
Over £200,000 wss raised which will help fund research into finding a cure for PSP and assisting those living with the disease.

Great British City Style at The Brunswick Centre
The Brunswick Shopping Centre in Bloomsbury was the centre of a Great British City Style event this weekend, with a promotion and PR campaign created by Golden Goose PR, working in association with luxury travel experts Mr & Mrs Smith.
Free gifts - ranging from hair-cuts from Sanrizz to £100 shopping vouchers from Hobbs, French Connection accessories, dinner and wine at Carluccios and Renoir Cinema tickets for two - were given away to passers-by to win on the spot.
Through working with Mr & Mrs Smith, we were able to offer shoppers £100 Mr & Mrs Smith Get a Room! gift cards to use towards a four-night stay in any Mr & Mrs Smith hotel – including Babington House, Browns and Blakes in the UK.
There are 42 shops and restaurants at the Brunswick Centre, open from 9am until 9pm from Monday to Saturday and from midday until six pm on Sunday.

Belle About Town features Miki Haines-Sanger
The lovely Belinda Wanis, creator of Belle About Town and a good friend of Golden Goose PR over the years recently interviewed Miki Haines-Sanger about a typical day in the office.

Purple Ronnie turns 25 on the beeb
Purple Ronnie, the nation's favourite romantic rhyming stick man, turns 25 this year - and so we were delighted to arrange for his creator, Giles Andreae, to appear on BBC Breakfast this week.
As well as talking about Purple Ronnie's history over the past quarter of a century, Giles created a poem to give the British Women's Football team some extra support and penned a few odes to presenters Charlie Stayt and Susanna Reid.
We hear that 200 people signed up to follow @iampurpleronnie on Twitter within minutes of Giles's interview. What a charismatic chap he is!

Fridays are for cocktails!
After a busy week in the office the team at GG like nothing better than to start the weekend in style with a delicious Buffalo Trace cocktail and today after a rather gloomy week in London we thought we’d take some bourbon flavoured cheer to our friends at My Daily, AOL and Huffington Post.
Along with a fabulous team from Hi-Spirits we set up a pop up bar in the Huffington Post offices and introduced the teams to some tasty Friday afternoon refreshments.
The firm favourite was the fresh tasting mint julep which is made from Buffalo Trace, Mint Leaves and simple syrup. DO try this at home!
The team also got to learn about Buffalo Trace’s heritage. Did you know that the name Buffalo Trace actually derives from the founders of the award winning distillery literally following a gang of Buffalos to a river crossing? #FridayFact!

Golden Goose PR meets The Queen at Sea Containers
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II made a spectacular appearance at Sea Containers on London's South Bank today, when she was abseiled into position alongside Prince Philip and their children to feature in a giant 100m x 70m wrap celebrating the Diamond Jubilee.
The image, taken at Her Majesty's Silver Jubilee 35 years ago, took 45 hours and a team of eight to erect across the face of the building.
Sky, Reuters, CNBC, Associated Press, National News, the Daily Telegraph and the Evening Standard were among the team of journalists attending the photocall at 10am.
Throughout the week building up to our big reveal, we've been busy interviewing global design guru Tom Dixon about the incredible building work going on behind this wrap - look out for Europe's first Mondrian Hotel, the Mondrian London, opening at Sea Containers at the end of 2013, along with 300,000 square feet of luxury, state-of-the-art office space - many of which are located at penthouse level, boasting views across the Thames.
We will certainly consider moving to this new address as soon as we get to recce the available space!
In the meantime however, Golden Goose PR has set up a pop-up office inside HMS President to look after media visiting the Jubilee Wrap this week, we look forward to receiving the BBC here this evening.
Thank you, HMS President, for looking after us so well.
And many thanks have to go to the brilliant team at Service Graphics for creating such a brilliant image and to Jim Marks for incredible photography and filming.

Springing into fashion
The start of spring has been all about fashion in the Golden Goose PR nest.
Only weeks ago, we launched fashion community, themuse.tv with the front row's favourite fashionista, Bip Ling, behind the decks.
We had an exceptional turn out from the style world, including Antoni & Alison who opened London Fashion Week and whom we are excited to be working with to raise awareness of brain charity PSP.
Fast forward a few weeks and we joined forces with couture and ready-to-wear designers Suzannah and Rebecca Street, as well as milliner Edwina Ibottson, to host a Brit Lux salon showcase at Quo Vadis in Soho.
Golden Goose PR client, the world renowed fine jewellers Robinson Pelham, took part in the salon and displayed their autumn/winter 2012 pieces which include breath taking new brown diamond and emerald pieces set in yellow and white gold.
Guests left with the most covetable goody bags, including yellow gold and diamond champagne bracelets by Robinson Pelham, Mercy Delta union flag scarves and silk make-up bags hand cut by Suzannah.
We would like to thank drinks masters Hi-Spirits for the brilliant cocktails and g&t's shaken up with London's Dry Gin and Buffalo Trace.

Genius molecular mixologist Mike Stringer from Flip It created some outstanding Pussy cocktails, including Ginger Pussy, Sweet Berry Pussy and a grand finale of Pussy ice cream mixed with lychee and created with a dramatic blast of freezine liquid nitrogen.
All this was accompanied by the most lavish sushi feast that could be imagined, from the fantastic chefs at itsu.

Let the Big Egg Hunt begin!
We at Golden Goose PR love to get excited about the Easter Bunny...but this year we are particularly excited about the Easter Penguin.
Let us explain!
Today, 200 giant decorated eggs are released into the capital - each decorated by incredible designers and personalities, from Vivienne Westwood and Faberge to Bombass & Parr and our very own jewellery client, Robinson Pelham. All have been placed in secret locations as part of the Big Egg Hunt, a brilliant way to raise funds and awareness for Action For Children and Elephant Family.
Vanessa Chilton, creative director at Robinson Pelham, had given birth just weeks before when she started work on Robinson Pelham's egg, designing a giant male Emperor Penguin, nestling his partner's egg under his belly and away from the frosty ground. The Robinson Pelham egg is decorated with sparkling crystals, each adorning the back of the penguin and reflecting the night's sky.
With 200 remarkable eggs to spot as you travel around London, it's a fun challenge to see how many you can spot, and to see where you can find them.
You can find out more about the Big Egg Hunt right here on http://www.facebook.com/thebigegghunt or http://www.twitter.com/thebigegghuntTwitter.
The event is set to smash Guinness
World Records for the most participants in an Easter egg hunt and the world’s
most expensive chocolate egg.

The event was the first major MediCinema fundraiser by the charity's new CEO Stephen Moore, former CEO of Twentieth Century Fox.
Dougie and Tom from McFly, Warwick Davis, Edith
Bowman, Alex Zane, Vanessa Feltz, Linda Lusardi and Anneka Rice joined us on the night.
